Raquel’s Bio  

Raquel is the founder and principal consultant of Service Operating Solutions (S.O.S).  Her area of expertise is Retail Operations and Customer Service Management. She takes business principles in operations and customer service management and teaches business owners and their teams how to apply them into their daily routines.  Her training workshops are highly interactive, and achieve measurable, effective results for those involved.

Raquel Springer-Lloyd has over 15 years of experience in retail operations management, sales and customer service management, and team motivation.   With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication from Jones International University, Colorado, and completing a Masters in Business Leadership with a concentration on the customer- centric organization, her passion is to help inspire other business owners to maximize their business potential by organizing key areas that affect the proper functioning of a business, specifically in retail and service operations and customer service.  She has been trained by the foremost consultants in retail management, The Friedman Group, in the United States.

She created Service Operating Solutions (S.O.S) to work with business owners and their teams to provide a communications link and support in the specific areas of operations and customer service. 

Her interest in operations and customer service was piqued while working with various business professionals struggling to get employees to improve productivity and satisfy customer needs.

She developed a unique approach to resolving these challenges that companies were facing and came up with the Virtual Support Training System VSTS TM, as a tool that can be modified according to the specific business need presented.  Essentially, it's a framework for coaching business owners with the goal of improving team spirit, productivity and service.  Her spiritual approach to business training, using sound operations management principles, allowed her to create a model that encompasses supporting others to get to the next level.   She also works with a network of qualified, spiritually grounded professionals in connected fields of business to offer a diverse range of services for the client.

 

Raquel lives in Barbados in the West Indies but has created a model that allows her team to be completely fluid and she is able to travel the region, USA and Canada to conduct workshops, individual and small group training sessions, and organize seminars and workshops.

Raquel leads business owners and their teams to develop practical organizing and communication strategies to deal with daily pressures of work.  The lighthouse logo is no coincidence as Service Operating Solutions (S.O.S) serves as a guide for business owners to navigate through daily challenges.

Raquel is married to Derek who is a Finance Director and they have a beautiful, energetic son, Nicholas.
