Experience

Raquel Springer-Lloyd has over 15 years of experience in retail operationsmanagement, sales and customer service management, team motivation and a Bachelors degree in Business Communications.  Her passion is to help inspire other business owners to maximize their business potential by organizing key areas that affect the proper functioning of a business. Trained by the leading firm in Retail Consulting in the United States, these are just a few of the areas that she is certified in:

 

    • Customer Service Management Training
    • Retail Operations and Office Management Training
    • Sales Management and Marketing Training
    • Space Maximization (retail and office, home and school)
    • Business Communications – Specific emphasis on Supervisors and Managers
    • Tem Communication - motivating employees to high performance industry standards.

She came up with the virtual support training system VSTS TM to help small business owners.  Her business training in sound retail operations and customer service management allowed her to create a model that encompasses both of these principles to support others to in the industry.
